This page describes how this website manages the processing of personal data of users who utilize it. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and only in that case could specific procedures be activated for the identification of the author.

Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. The processing related to the web services of this site is handled by personnel appointed by the Data Controller, who are different from external subjects, appointed as Data Processors, responsible for the technical management and maintenance of the site and its IT systems. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

In order to offer the best service with the highest security standards, the management of the service has been entirely entrusted to a company specialized in the sector, with proven experience and reliability, appointed as Data Processor pursuant to art. 28 EU Regulation 2016/679. The “PURCHASE” link refers to a page of the site managed by this Company, which is entirely responsible for the purchasing procedure. Further information can be found through the links at the bottom of the purchase area. Once the purchase is completed, the data may be processed by administrative staff, ticket office staff, or other personnel appointed by the Data Controller to record the reservation, fulfill contractual and accounting obligations, offer the public due assistance, and ensure the safety of people and structures with effective access control.
PROCESSING FOLLOWING A CONTACT OR REGISTRATION REQUEST
Personal data spontaneously provided by the data subject through the contact area:
1- are processed mainly with automated tools to:
a) ensure a certain and timely response and meet the requests of the data subject;
b) comply with obligations arising from laws, regulations, and EU regulations, and comply with orders issued by the Judicial Authority;
c) feed the public knowledge acquisition system, necessary for verifying, improving, and thus designing a service increasingly suitable for demand and environmental constraints;
d) the contact details, email addresses provided may be used for sending courtesy communications and/or informative material/offers related to the services provided. It is understood that the data subject has the right to object at any time to this processing. With the data subject’s consent, other contact details may also be used for this purpose, including sending via SMS or other communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
2- may be processed by communication and marketing personnel, IT maintenance staff tasked with ensuring system functionality, data security, and backup operations, other employees within the limits of the tasks received and as provided by company procedures, and other parties providing services for purposes ancillary to meeting the data subject’s requests, within the strictly necessary limits to perform their tasks.

a) ubjects who may access the data by virtue of legal provisions, regulations, or EU legislation, within the limits provided for by such rules;
b) ther subjects providing services for purposes related to meeting the data subject’s requests, within the strictly necessary limits to perform their tasks. In completing the forms, fields whose completion is optional are indicated; in the absence of the data required, it will not be possible to meet the data subject’s requests. It is noted that specific precautions are provided for certain categories of data (such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or sex life or sexual orientation) in this regard, users are invited not to include information falling into these categories in the first contact request, considering that, in the absence of specific consent, it may be impossible to fulfill the data subject’s requests. Personal data spontaneously provided by the data subject when subscribing to the Newsletter:
– are processed mainly with automated tools solely for the purpose of meeting the data subject’s requests, who has the right to interrupt such processing at any time.
– may be processed by communication and marketing personnel, IT maintenance staff tasked with ensuring system functionality, data security, and backup operations, other employees within the limits of the tasks received and as provided by company procedures, and other parties providing services for purposes ancillary to meeting the data subject’s requests, within the strictly necessary limits to perform their tasks
– may be communicated or made available to:

DATA RETENTION
The data communicated, unless otherwise indicated by the data subject and duly communicated, will be kept for the time necessary to meet the data subject’s requests and comply with legal requirements. In case of registration for certain sections of the site, the data will be kept until the cancellation thereof, after which storage will only continue if required by law and in accordance with regulations on the preservation of administrative documentation. Contact details processed for sending commercial communications will be kept for up to 12 months following the last sending or until the data subject revokes consent.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The data subject has the right to:
– request from the data controller access to personal data and rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing concerning them and to object to processing;
